This is a suit to enjoin a recall election. It is brought under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 42:357, which authorizes the public officer whose recall is sought to contest the legality of the recall election. See LSA-R.S. 42:341 et seq. Made defendant is the LaSalle Parish Board of Election Supervisors.
