This is an action by 10 members of Local 202 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, suing on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated, against the trustees of the Local 202 Welfare Fund and against Local 277 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, to enjoin the transfer of moneys constituting a portion of the Local 202 Welfare Fund reserve to the trustees of the Local 277 Welfare Fund.
