This is an appeal by the department of labor and industries from a judgment of the superior court of Cowlitz county reversing an order of the joint board of the department rejecting the claim of respondent for compensation under the workmen’s compensation act. The joint board rejected the claim for the reason that the condition for which respondent claimed compensation was not the result of an accident occurring in the course of her employment. For convenience, we will hereafter refer to the appellant as the department and to the respondent as claimant.
