Yantzi v. Manzer

This is an application by a judgment creditor for an order determining title to a Plymouth car levied upon by the Sheriff of Lewis County. The facts are undisputed.

*771On April 19, 1960 Lloyd Manzer purchased the car from a retailer, Burkart Brothers, and thereupon executed the statutory retail installment contract in the form provided for by section 302 of the Personal Property Law (Motor Vehicle Retail Instalment Sales Act).
