The former wife challenges an order finding her in contempt of court for failing to abide by the terms of the final judgment of dissolution of marriage. While she claims that the court’s' order of contempt did not contain a finding that she had the ability to pay the purge amount ordered, the trial court did not order incarceration, and we conclude that the finding of ability to pay was not required. However, the court modified visitation without any pleading to support it, which violated the wife’s due process rights. We therefore affirm the order of contempt but reverse the order modifying…
