CRAWLEY, Judge.

This case involves the placement of a juvenile who has been adjudged delinquent.

In January 1994, the trial court adjudicated R.B.J. a “multiple needs child.” In June 1994, the trial court adjudicated him a delinquent child, again adjudicated him a multiple needs child, and directed the Department of Human Resources, the Department of Youth Services, and the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation to jointly plan for and provide for his treatment, placement, and payment.
