Plaintiff, M. J. Friedman, charging that he was employed by the defendant, Stark Distillery Company, to work for it for a period of one year from September 26, 1911, at a salary of $90 per month and expenses, and' that he was discharged on November 26, 1911, brought this action to recover balance of salary and expenses due, and damages for breach of the contract, amounting in all to $1,025.32.
