Defendant moves this court for an order dismissing two informations on the grounds that they are jurisdictionally defective in that they do not set forth any misdemeanor grounded upon a valid provision of law, and that the provisions of the Nassau County Fire Prevention Ordinance referred to in the information are constitutionally defective.
