The plaintiff in error was convicted on the second count of an information charging as follows:

“And the said Fred Pine, County Solicitor for the County of Dade, prosecuting for the State of Florida, in the said county, under oath, information makes that Afalia Perkins, alias Nat Perkins, of the County of Dade and State of Florida, on the 26th day of April, A.
