GOURLEY, Chief Judge.
In conjunction with a motion to dismiss now pending before this court, the plaintiff has moved that Horace Stern be ordered to answer certain interrogatories pursuant to Federal Rules of Discovery.
The interrogatories are designed to develop evidence in support of plaintiff’s allegations of an alleged conspiracy on the part of Horace Stern, Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and Patrick N.
