This was a bill filed by Ilarmena F. Wessels, appellant, against her husband, Jelderk Wessels, appellee, asking for a divorce on the ground of extreme and repeated cruelty, and also asking for alimony and the custody of her infant, children.

The answer denies some of the specific acts of cruelty and admits others, and alleges great provocation as an excuse therefor.
