The Iowa Electric Light & Power Company, the principal defendant herein, sought through condemnation proceedings to acquire a right-of-way through a portion of the farm property purchased on contract by Sheldon 0. Miller and Lanor T. Miller, his wife, from the Union Central Life Insurance Company. Harry W. Jennings, sheriff, is also named as one of the defendants by reason of his official connection with the proceedings but no claim for damages is made against him.
