We are presented with consolidated appeals in two forcible detainer suits. Ap-pellee, Plaza Centro, LLC, is owner of the property. During the relevant period of time, the property was purportedly occupied by appellant, Mohammad Salaymeh, who operated two businesses identified as Mueblería Y Bazar Tierrablanca and Rainbow Seafood. Plaza Centro named Mohammed Salaymeh d/b/a Mueblería Y Bazar Tierrablanca [“Tierrablanca”] and Mohammad Salaymeh d/b/a Rainbow Seafood [“Rainbow Seafood”] as defendants, respectively, in two forcible detainer suits. 1 The trial…
