Civil Action No. 2544 is an action for alleged infringement of United States Letters Patent No. 2,967,701, which issued January 10, 1961, and United States Letters Patent No. 3,026,098, which issued March 20, 1962. The plaintiff is Wilcox Manufacturing Company (hereinafter referred to as “Wilcox”), a West Virginia corporation, having its principal place of business in Raleigh, West Virginia.
