Appellant brought this action against appellee to recover damages for false imprisonment. After the evidence of both parties had been introduced on the trial, the court orally instructed the jury to find a verdict for the defendant. This action of the court is assigned for error. While it is error for the court to instruct the jury orally,- it is such an error as will not reverse, where it is manifest, on an inspection of the entire record, that no injury could result from such error to the party complaining thereof.
