The judgment appealed from in this case is one in accord with a report of the master in chancery in the receivership proceedings against the appellant oil company. It appears that on January 16, 1903, at the instance of a complaining creditor, the District Court of Tarrant County for the Seventeenth Judicial District appointed a receiver to take charge of all property and assets of the San Jacinto Oil Company.
