| iThe defendant was charged with attempted first degree murder, aggravated burglary, and obstruction of justice. After a trial, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty on the attempted first degree murder charge and verdicts of guilty with regard to the aggravated burglary and obstruction of justice charges. The trial court sentenced the defendant to eighteen years in the custody of the Department of Corrections ■ for the aggravated burglary conviction and two years in the custody of the Department of Corrections for the obstruction of justice conviction.
