MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS CORE PROCEEDING comes before the Court on Plaintiff Marianne F. Maes’s (“Plaintiff’) Complaint under Section 523(a)(5) and Section 523(a)(15), and Defendant/Debtor David Raoul Maes’s (“Defendant”) Answer and Counterclaim. The Plaintiff is seeking to have certain debts totaling approximately $29,000.00 deemed nondischargeable.
