The instrument offered for probate is in "the following words:
“ The last Will and Testament of Rev. James G. Perkins ‘ and of his wife, Louisa D. Perkins, of Round Lake, N. Y., made and signed on (August lHh, 1906.
“ Sec. 1. Know all men by this writing that we, Rev. James *530G. Perkins and his wife Mrs. Louisa D. Perkins of Round Lake, Saratoga County, New York, make this our last Will and Testament revoking all others.
“ First: After all my just debts and funeral expenses are paid, our monument in Washington Street Cemetery in Fair Haven, Vermont, is properly lettered and perpetual…
