Judgment and order reversed, and new trial granted, costs to abide the-event, upon condition that within 20 days the appellants pay the respondent the trial fee and the disbursements of the trial. On failure to comply with such conditions, judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur, except GOODRICH, P. J., dissenting.
