facts

This is an action by the Attorney-General to enjoin the defendant from engaging in the unlawful practice of law or furnishing attorneys in violation of the Judiciary Law. Defendant is a self-styled "invention developer” which "helps inventors exploit their inventions financially and charges a fee for its services”.
