R. E. Jones and Doyle Vann filed a suit against Roland W. Mauldin to enjoin him from interfering with their use of a private way. As amended, their petition in substance alleges: The plaintiffs and the defendant own separate improved parcels of land in Floyd County, Georgia, on which they reside. Each holds his respective tract, under a different chain of title, from a remote common grantor, ■J. F. Crowe.
