I

On October 26, 1979, this Court imposed three concurrent five year sentences (for securities and mail fraud violations) on defendant Richard H. Snooks, pursuant to applicable provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 4205(b)(2). On February 8,1980 defendant filed a timely motion for reduction of sentence under Rule 35, F.R.Cr.P. This Court deferred ruling defendant’s motion both on February 22, 1980 and again on August 13, 1980.
