FORD, District Judge.
These are common-law actions of ejectment between citizens of different states.
In each of these cases the question for determination is whether the sum or value of the matter in controversy, as disclosed by the record, is sufficient to give this court jurisdiction under section 24 of the Judicial Code, as amended (28 U.S.C.A. § 41), which provides that the district courts of the United States shall have original jurisdiction of all suits of a civil nature, at common law or in equity, between citizens of different states, “where the matter in controversy exceeds, exclusive…
