The appeal in this mortgage foreclosure case is by the defendant from the rulings of the district court in refusing to set aside the order of confirmation of sale and in sustaining the demurrer of the plaintiff to the evidence of the defendant in support of the petition of the defendant for a new trial. The court held the mortgage being foreclosed was a purchase-money mortgage and reduced the period of redemption from eighteen months to six months.
