Kennedy v. Innis

This is a petition brought in the Probate Court to establish ownership in land in Billerica. The petition, answers and counterclaim of the respondents were referred to a master who after hearing filed a report. No motion was made to recommit the report and no objections to it were filed by the petitioner. No evidence before the master is reported. The report upon motion was confirmed by the judge.
