Plaintiffs Jose Rosiles-Perez, Jesus Santiago-Salmoran and Hector Ortiz-Mora individually1, and on behalf of all others similarly situated, filed this action under the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, 29 U.S.C. § 1801 et seq. (“AWPA”) and its attendant regulation 20 C.F.R. § 500.72, and the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., (“FLSA”) against Defendants: Superior Forestry Service, Inc.
