WARING, District Judge.

The plaintiff, a resident of the State of South Carolina, brings suit against the Carolina Power and Light Company, a corporation under the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the defendants Lee, Lowry, and Bryant are alleged to be “residents of the above named State and County.” This is somewhat ambiguous, as it might refer to either North or South Carolina, both having been above alleged.
