This record might be fitly described as a comedy of errors, but the only questions which can now be considered are such as go to the jurisdiction of the court, as it is too late to review the irregularities and errors which might have been raised by exceptions before the final confirmation. It is and must be *575conceded that the proceedings must now stand unless they are found to be void. Of course a void judgment, decree or order can be stricken from the record at any time when it is brought to the attention of the court.
