PIERCE, Judge.

Mother, B.T., appeals from a court order granting permanent custody of her minor son, R.E., to his father, D.E. We affirm.

The parents were divorced in May 1982, at which time custody of R.E. was granted to the mother. In October 1983, a petition in dependency and neglect was filed pursuant to which R.E. was adjudicated dependent or neglected upon the admissions of both parents and stepparents.
