BACKGROUND

On January 20, 2017, defendant Igor Finkelshtein ("Defendant") waived indictment and pleaded guilty to a one-count information charging a violation of *13626 U.S.C. § 7206(1) (making and subscribing a false tax return). (Dkt. 1; Dkt. 2; Dkt. 4; Dkt. 22). At sentencing on June 12, 2017, the Court ultimately calculated a guideline imprisonment range of 8 to 14 months, based upon an offense level of 11 and a criminal history category of I.
