This case arises under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. It is a review on the record of the defendant’s denial of long term disability and life insurance benefits under the terms of an insurance policy issued to the employer of plaintiffs late husband, John Bray. Plaintiff moves for summary judgment [docket # 79].
