The Central Trust Company, predecessor of appellant Central Hanover Bank and Trust Company, recovered a money judgment for $51,674.44 against Andrew F. Murray and docketed it August 7, 1914. Respondents Erdman and others, as executors of Paul Gumbinner, also recovered a money judgment for $5,934.83 against Murray and docketed it March 9, 1920. Murray died December 27, 1932, and respondentJScott qualified as administratrix.
