This case comes before us a second time on appeal. The first appeal was taken by the plaintiff from the dismissal of the suit by the District Court on sustaining an exception filed by the defendant that the petition disclosed no cause of action. At our session in Shreveport in 1893 we reversed the judgment, and remanded the case for further proceedings.
