The appellant, Eddie Lee, was convicted in the circuit court of the Second district of Hinds county on a charge of murder, and was sentenced to be hanged, and from this conviction and sentence he prosecuted this appeal.

This is a companion case to that of Lester Hurd v. State, 102 So. 293, which was decided by this court on December. 15th, and the testimony is, in part, the same. Eoosevelt Richardson and Walter Johnson were witnesses in both cases, and their testimony is practically the same in both cases, and reference is made to the opinion in the Hurd case for a statement of the substance…
