AMC Mortgage Company, Inc. appeals the decision of the district court affirming the dismissal of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition for failure to make payments due under the Chapter 11 plan. For the reasons stated below, we AFFIRM.

On March 25, 1994, AMC filed a Chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. Prior to this, in February 1992, AMC filed a taxpayer lawsuit in Tennessee state court against the Tennessee Department of Revenue challenging the tax assessed against AMC from 1987 to 1990.…
