MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JOINER, District Judge.
This is an action by a pension fund against an employer to recover contributions claimed to be due on behalf of employees. In signing the collective bargaining agreements, defendant employer contracted to make certain pension contributions to the plaintiff fund. This dispute involves the relationship between the parties from December 1973 through April 1980.
