James A. Hart died January 25, 1923, leaving a last will and testament executed November 3, 1919. He left him surviving the petitioner, Annie E. Hart, his widow, and six children. The estate of the testator consists of real and personal property of the value of about $41,000; the home in the village of Ossining, N. Y., occupied by the testator and family, is valued *125at $16,000, other real estate is valued at $10,000, and the personal property is valued at $14,625. The widow is seventy-three years of age.
