Royal Gardens Associates (“RGA”), a Missouri general partnership, and its current partners appeal fi’om the trial court’s action in granting summary judgment in favor of Carondelet Health System, Inc. (“CHS”) requiring that RGA specifically perform a contract to sell St. Mary’s Manor, a nursing home in Blue Springs, to CHS.
