Arturo Rodriguez-Torres (Rodriguez-Torres) appeals his conviction for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He challenges the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress on the ground that the police officer exceeded the permissible scope of a Terry 1 search when he reached into Rodriguez-Torres’ pocket, based on his fear that evidence was about to be destroyed. We affirm.
