On October 18, 2013, Defendants Julia Black and Daniel Black (“Defendants Black”), filed a notice removing a civil proceeding, Ehrenreich v. Black, et al., Index Number 21640/2012, filed originally in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Kings County (“New York Supreme Court”). The case proceeded before Magistrate Judge Marilyn D.
