This action stems from a series of transactions occurring in 1963 and 1964 which the plaintiff, Thomas M. Evans, contends resulted in an agreement on the part of Dr. and Mrs. Lynch, the defendants, to purchase certain real estate. The trial court sustained the defendants’ motion for summary judgment and the plaintiff has appealed. The parties will be referred to either by name or as plaintiff and defendants, respectively.
