Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Demakos, J.), rendered February 10, 1999, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, robbery in the first degree (four counts), sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon *496in the third degree, and unlawful imprisonment in the first degree (five counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
