In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants Ingrid Mendoza, Jose Mendoza, and Christopher Mendoza appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Raffaele, J.), entered March 11, 2014, as granted those branches of the plaintiff’s motion which were for summary judgment on the complaint insofar as asserted against them and to appoint a referee, and denied their cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
