Affirming.

Plaintiff, William R. Hill, an infant seven years of age, suing by Ms next friend, Riley B. Hill, brought tMs suit against J. R. Poindexter, Harold Poindexter and the city of Cynthiana to recover damages for personal injuries. The city’s demurrer to the petition was sustained. As to the defendant, J. R. Poindexter, a trial was had, which resulted in a verdict and judgment in Ms favor. Prom that judgment plaintiff appeals.
