Elizabeth G. Lynch, plaintiff, is one of the children of Margaret A. Lynch who died intestate in 1925. Margaret was, at one time, the owner of three tracts of land in Monroe county designated by the parties hereto, for convenience, as tracts one, two, and three. Tract one contains one hundred twenty acres and is referred 1o as the home farm; tract two contains one hundred twenty acres and is referred to as the south farm, and tract three is a separate ten acres used as a wood lot.
