If the facts set forth in the moving affidavits herein are true, an unusual and somewhat sensational situation exists in respect to the will of this decedent.

*550The proceeding arises upon an order directing the executor of the purported will of decedent to show cause why the decree of this court made on May 5, 1931, admitting the alleged will to probate, should not be vacated and certain alleged next of kin permitted to contest its validity.
