The time has come for us to bring to a conclusion the bankruptcy court phase of the disputes between Robert Rumbaugh (hereinafter “R”) and Norman H. Beck, Jr. (hereinafter “B”) arising out of the 1979 dissolution of the Debtor, a corporate office supply representative business of which B at that time owned fifty-one (51%) percent of the stock and R owned the remaining forty-nine (49%) percent.
