The action was for damages resulting from an automobile collision. From a judgment in favor of plaintiff defendant brings this appeal.

The plaintiff, Sarah Bilsky, is a teacher in the public-school system of Kansas City, Mo. The defendant, Central Surety and Insurance Corporation, was the insurance carrier on the truck involved in the accident, belonging to Goldenstern Pipe and Supply Company and being driven by Roy Ray.
