This is a suit instituted by appellant against Charles Jones, Effie R. Jones, his wife, W. W. Jones, and E. Paul Jones, composing the copartnership firm of Jones & Sons, on a promissory note for $3,625, with 10 per cent, interest and 10 per cent, attorney’s fees, and to foreclose a certain writ of attachment placed on lot 11 and the east 4% acres of lot 12 of the northeast quarter of section 8 of the Hidalgo Canal Company’s subdivision of its lands in porciones 64, 65, and 66 in Hidalgo county.
